A CLOSER LOOK Video #122 This video discloses the Clinton Health Plan as it affects the issues of abortion and euthanasia. This plan would eventually touch every family in the United States. The plan promotes paid abortion on demand as a method of birth control, and euthanasia through health care rationing by denying treatment to certain people under the quality of life criteria. Video #149 Atty. Richard Connell is the coauthor of the Pennsylvania Medical Treatment Decision Act. He discusses the contents of the act in relation to determining the course of treatment when death is eminent. He brings out the factors that have permeated our society to make the concept of euthanasia acceptable in our culture. He states reasons why Pennsylvania needs this bill. Euthanasia is prohibited under this law.
